BETTER BODY CLASS PASS!
Get a full body dynamic workout with our 3 day a week Better Body Class Pass! Perfect for all professionals, Better Body Class Pass is guaranteed to make you sweat! Classes take place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with each day focusing on a specific goal. Meet us in the gym at 6:30 AM! Don't forget your Better Body Resistance Bands!
*Monday on the Mat*
This class is designed to wake up those weekend bones and joints with a mix of stretching, pilates and Better Body resistance band exercises, all performed on your mat. (Better Body Resistance Bands required).
*Wednesday Cardio Party*
A fun, fast-paced workout to get your heart pumping and blood flowing. Have your water close by (as always) and get ready to SWEAT!!
*Friday Strength Training*
Don't let weights scare you! This class can benefit everyone, whether you want to tone up or build muscle. Choose whichever weights are comfortable for you and see for yourself!
*Saturday Family Strength and Conditioning* (11am-12pm)
Join us for our Saturday strength and conditioning class, designed to be fun and family-friendly. Our fast-paced program includes weight and cardio training, suitable for both parents and kids. Bring your family member along for a free drop-in on their first visit and experience the excitement together!
